Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea
Tie Guan Yin (traded in English as Iron Goddess) is a grade of oolong tea from Pinghe (Zhangzhou), Anxi (Quanzhou) and Wuyishan (Nanping), Fujian. Rolled ball shape; jade to medium roast. Within oolong tea the grade is set by cultivar, origin and finishing, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing. ODM Tea quotes Tie Guan Yin against a written specification, with the producer and its relationship to ODM Tea named in the quotation.
