China exported 418,800 tonnes of tea in 2025 worth USD 1.55 billion. The ten largest destinations by value took 60.5% of that. Morocco led at USD 278.1 million; Senegal was second at USD 98.4 million; Malaysia, Mauritania and Ghana followed. Six of the ten are in Africa, and for Morocco, Mauritania and Ghana green tea is 99.85% or more of what China ships them.
