28 grades across seven lines — gunpowder and Chunmee codes, white tea plucking standards, Fujian oolong and black tea names, jasmine scenting rounds. Each page states what the code fixes, what the contract must add, and who buys it. ODM Tea quotes every grade listed here against a written specification.
White Tea
- Bai Hao Yin Zhen White TeaSingle unopened bud — Highest grade; silver down intact.0902.20
- Bai Mu Dan White TeaOne bud, one to two leaves — The volume grade for export.0902.20
- Gong Mei White TeaOne bud, two to three leaves — Fuller body, lower cost per kg.0902.20
- Shou Mei White TeaMature leaf, later plucking — Presses well into cakes; ages.0902.20
Oolong Tea
- Bai Ya Qi Lan Oolong TeaPinghe, Zhangzhou — Orchid-scented cultivar of Pinghe County, a protected geographical indication. Rolled semi-ball; light to medium roast. Lead grade.0902.40
- Tie Guan Yin Oolong TeaAnxi, Quanzhou — Rolled ball shape; jade to medium roast.0902.40
- Da Hong Pao Oolong TeaWuyishan rock — Charcoal-roasted strip leaf; mineral character.0902.40
- Rou Gui Oolong TeaWuyishan rock — Cassia-note cultivar.0902.40
