Bai Hao Yin Zhen (traded in English as Silver Needle) is a grade of white tea from Fuding (Ningde) and Zhenghe (Nanping), Fujian. Highest grade; silver down intact. Within white tea the grade is set by plucking standard, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing.
