Before you write

Destination decides grade, residue standard, label language and packing — start there.
If you have a sample, say so. Matching a cup is easier than matching a description.
State whether you need bulk or retail packing. Packing of 3 kg or less changes the HS subheading and the labelling law.
If you need organic, ask for the current certificate scope, production party and shipment documents in the quotation.
