3-round is a grade of jasmine tea from Fuzhou, Fujian. Volume grade for blending and bagging. Beyond the code 3-round itself: the grade origin (Fuzhou), moisture at or below 8.5%, a broken-and-fannings ceiling, the residue standard named by destination jurisdiction — for Russia that is EAEU TR CU 021/2011 and TR CU 022/2011, the packing net weight and the Incoterm.
