Shiting Green Tea
Shiting Green is a grade of green tea from Ningde, Quanzhou and Fuzhou, Fujian. Pan-fired, grey-green bloom on the dry leaf. Within green tea the grade is set by cultivar, origin and finishing, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing. ODM Tea quotes Shiting Green against a written specification, with the producer and its relationship to ODM Tea named in the quotation.
